We are open Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, daycare is between 9am-4pm. Staff lunch/quiet time is from 12pm-1pm and each session is about 2 hours in the am, and 2 hours in the pm. When dogs aren't in play groups, they are in their own private run heated/cooled with private water at all times.
Included with your boarding charge is a morning walk before breakfast at 6am and an evening walk following dinner at 7pm. You may add half days of daycare, full days, or private plays (up to two per day).
10-15 minute sessions where your pet can run, play, sniff, cuddle, and enjoy their one on one time with a staff member and no other pets outdoors.
We provide bedding and bowls. There is no cost to bring your own food/containers, and we are happy to feed Nature's Select chicken or lamb for a charge of $5 per day. You are also welcome to bring your own bedding from home if your pet would feel more comfortable.
We ask that you check-in anytime before 6pm to ensure your pet has time to settle in and potty before bedtime. Please make sure your pet has been fed dinner if they arrive after 5pm.
For check-outs only pets picked up after 12pm will be charged for that day of boarding unless signed up for full daycare or grooming services.
We do not have webcams available to the public. We do have surveillance cameras and motion sensors on 24/7 for safety and review by our owner if needed.
Our standard runs can easily house two large breeds. Our jumbo runs are prioritized for XL breeds and multiple pet families.
Our outdoor play area features artificial grass, ensuring a safe and clean environment even during wet or snowy conditions. During inclement weather, we prioritize giving dogs as much outside time as possible, but we also have a dedicated indoor play area for their comfort. Our team strives to maintain a balance by allowing indoor/outdoor play whenever the weather safely permits. Fully indoor play is rare and used only when absolutely necessary to ensure the comfort and safety of your pet. If needed, outdoor sessions may be shortened, but your pet will always have plenty of opportunities to stay active and engaged!
Yes, dogs are typically separated by size to ensure their safety and comfort during playtime. The small group usually consists of dogs that weigh 25 lbs and under, while the large group is for dogs that are 25 lbs and over. This separation helps prevent injuries and allows for more suitable play interactions based on size and energy levels.
